PSA becomes Crespect’s official integration partner: law firms adopting Crespect can have it connected to iManage, Deltek Maconomy, Xledger, Visma and 60+ other applications through PSA’s Custodian platform, delivered and operated by PSA’s local teams in the Nordics, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands

Oslo and Tallinn, 8 October 2026 – PSA Solutions, the European legal tech expert firm, and Crespect, the AI-native legal practice management and CRM platform, today announced that PSA has become an official integration partner of Crespect. Law firms running Crespect gain a proven, local route to connect their practice management and CRM platform with the rest of their technology landscape, designed, delivered and operated by PSA as a managed service.

Crespect brings clients and contacts, CRM and business development, compliance checks, matters, time, billing and reporting together in one AI-native platform. It is centred on a firm’s client and partner-firm relationships. Today Crespect is used by law firms in six countries, including leading firms such as Sorainen, Eversheds Sutherland, Wardyński & Partners and Njord Law Firm, and the company is expanding in the Nordic market.

Modern law firms depend on several systems that must integrate with their practice management platform, including document management, finance, e-signature, identity and reporting tools. Under the partnership, Crespect customers can draw on two things.

  • Integration as a service, based on Custodian. PSA’s cloud-based integration platform, Custodian, connects Crespect to a firm’s surrounding applications and services and keeps the integrations running. For firms that choose PSA’s managed service, PSA designs, implements, monitors and maintains each integration, so the firm gets the benefit of a connected platform without building or operating the plumbing itself.
  • A library of 60+ standard connectors. Custodian ships with more than 60 ready-made connectors to the applications and services commonly used by Northern European law firms, including iManage, SharePoint, HighQ, Xledger, Deltek Maconomy, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Tripletex, Visma.net, Netvisor and a wide range of other apps and services. Standard connectors shorten delivery from months to weeks and reduce the cost and risk of bespoke integration work.

PSA already partners with leading law firms across Northern Europe and has local teams in the Nordics, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands. The partnership extends that footprint to Crespect’s customers and gives Crespect a delivery partner with deep experience of the systems, data governance requirements and working practices of the region’s law firms.

For law firm leaders, the practical result is simple. Crespect becomes the hub of a connected practice that strengthens client and partner-firm relationships: lawyers and the whole law firm team work in one place, and Crespect AI’s agentic workflows help them manage their daily work and get jobs done.

“Crespect has built something rare: a practice management platform that law firms actually like using. Our job is to make sure it works seamlessly with everything else in the firm’s tech stack. With Custodian and our library of standard connectors, we can give Crespect customers integrations that are up and running in weeks and that we keep running for years. We have partnered with leading firms across Northern Europe for a long time, and we are pleased to bring that experience to Crespect’s customers.”

Martin Flatsetø, CEO, PSA

“Law firms choose Crespect because it puts their clients and partner-firm relationships at the centre of practice management, rather than just billing lawyers’ time. Partnering with PSA Solutions significantly extends our customers’ choice of best-of-breed third-party integrations. More integrations mean more of the firm’s data flows into the platform, which makes Crespect AI even more valuable. And with PSA’s long-standing expertise and local presence in its markets, we can serve our customers locally even better.”

Lauri Läheb, CEO and co-founder, Crespect

PSA Solutions and Crespect will both be exhibiting at TechTorget Copenhagen on 8 October 2026, and law firms are welcome to visit either team to learn more about the partnership.
